The Ericsson Global Service Delivery Centre won its first NOC global customer, from Italy.
The Bucharest Center became 1 of 4 Global Service Centers all across the world.
The Center won and started delivering its first operations contract for the Ericsson global M2M/IoT platform.
Network managed services agreements with Romtelecom and Cosmote (currently Telekom), Orange Romania and Orange Moldova. The deal included a 7-year contract to supply integrated support services for network operation and maintenance and the transfer of approximately 300 of Romtelecom and Cosmote (currently Telekom) and Orange Romania employees to the Ericsson Global Service Center.
